How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and delivery method selected for your order, including Standard, Express, International, or oversized shipments. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Braille Tactile Signs Aust. reserves the right to use an alternative courier or delivery service to that selected or advertised where reasonably necessary, provided the alternative service offers an equivalent or higher level of service. This may occur due to operational requirements, carrier availability, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such changes will not result in additional delivery charges to the customer unless the customer requests a change to the delivery method after the order has been placed.

We continually review our delivery partners to ensure we provide reliable service and competitive shipping rates.

Uber/ Courier Deliveries 

Where a customer elects to use a third-party courier, Uber, taxi, or other transport carrier service to collect their order, the customer is solely responsible for booking the service. Braille Tactile Signs Aust. does not arrange, book, or manage third-party transport services on behalf of customers.

All delivery charges, fees, and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once the goods have been collected by the customer's nominated carrier, risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer. Braille Tactile Signs Aust. accepts no liability for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, or other issues arising during transit or from the services provided by the third-party carrier.
