While intended to meet specific accessibility requirements, they may be used by anyone who benefits from these features.
Signage identifying a Unisex Accessible facility must indicate the transfer orientation (LH or RH), enabling users to identify whether the facility provides left-hand or right-hand wheelchair transfer access.
Ambulant facilities are designed for people who may benefit from additional support features such as grabrails when using sanitary facilities.
Signage identifying an Ambulant facility must be located on the cubicle door.
All Gender facilities are designed to be used by people of any gender and are a voluntary Deemed-to-Satisfy pathway.
Signage identifying an All Gender facility must clearly state ‘All Gender’. Under the NCC 2025 Deemed-to-Satisfy pathway, these facilities may be provided in place of, or in addition to, certain male and female sanitary facilities where the facility is a separate, self-contained, single-occupant compartment.

What is Your Returns Policy?
As many of our products are manufactured, customised, or selected specifically for individual project requirements, orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customised Standard Range and Bespoke orders are generally unable to be returned or refunded once approved and placed into production. If production has commenced but can reasonably be stopped, a partial refund may be considered, less any costs already incurred for design, administration, materials, and manufacturing completed to that stage.
Standard Range products may be eligible for return, subject to approval and a restocking fee, which is generally 25% of the order value. This helps cover administration, handling, and any production activities that may have already commenced to fulfil your order.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing fault, or has been supplied incorrectly by BTS Aust., please contact our team as soon as possible so we can review the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution.
